At DVDs R US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🕒 Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.


📦 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • DVDs, Blu-rays, or games must be unopened and sealed.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or “clearance” are non-returnable.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened DVDs, Blu-rays, and games
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at ivor@ledgersmart.co.za with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.
